Security and confidentiality
The contracts stay in the audit.
A price-recovery engagement only works if the files are boring to anyone but you and the person doing the work. These are the handling rules.
What we receive
A contact name, work email, company, and the files you upload: contracts and an invoice export. You may redact. The upload accepts PDF, TXT, and CSV only, up to 25 MB a file.
Where the files live
Uploads go to a private, access-restricted store used only to produce your audit. Access to the review queue requires an admin credential that is not embedded in the site. The link you receive is signed for your request.
Model processing
Reading a clause out of a PDF is assisted by a language model through an API. The model is configured per deployment. Contract text is not used by RateClause to train models. Where the provider offers zero-retention terms, the call is made under those terms. A person reviews every finding before it is shown to you. The model does not send notices and does not decide what is recoverable.
What does not happen
- We do not contact your customers.
- We do not use your contracts as marketing examples. The samples on this site are fictional.
- We do not pool one customer's contracts into another customer's audit.
- We do not sell contact details or files.
Retention
We delete the files within 30 days of the audit ending, or sooner if you ask. Write to [email protected].
What we are not
Not a law firm, not a billing-system replacement, and not a substitute for your own counsel on waiver, notice, or back-billing. Dunn Enterprises Inc. operates RateClause as a DBA. Mailing address: 11816 Inwood Rd, PMB 70134, Dallas, TX 75244. Questions: [email protected].
